Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. We use a next-working-day courier service. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns
We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if you are fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to return an item:
1. Contact Us: Please email/call our customer service team at sales@gardenlifedirect.co.uk or 01522 740118 with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Package Your Item: Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging.
4. Send It Back: Send your items to Garden Life Ltd, 7 Farrier Road, Lincoln LN6 3RU.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will send you an email confirming receipt. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at sales@gardenlifedirect.co.uk or 01522 740118 with your order number and a description of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
